Tower Property Management Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Tower Property Management ("Tower," "we," "us," or "our"), including communications sent through our website, phone, text messaging, email, and other communication channels.

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are separate from and do not replace any lease agreement, property management agreement, application, or other agreement that may apply to your specific relationship with Tower Property Management.

1. Property Management Services

Tower Property Management provides residential property management and related services, including property management, leasing, tenant support, maintenance coordination, owner communications, property marketing, and related services.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific written agreement between you and Tower Property Management, the terms of the applicable written agreement will control with respect to that specific relationship.

2. SMS and Text Messaging

Tower Property Management may use text messaging to communicate with customers, property owners, tenants, applicants, prospective tenants, vendors, and other individuals who have voluntarily provided their consent to receive text messages.

Depending on your relationship with Tower, messages may include:

Maintenance updates and scheduling information
Property or tenancy-related notifications
Application and leasing updates
Appointment reminders and confirmations
Account or payment-related notifications
Property management communications
Responses to customer inquiries
Service-related announcements
Other communications related to services you have requested or authorized

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Tower Property Management and the services you use.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or entering into a lease or other agreement with Tower Property Management.

3. Consent to Receive Text Messages
