Tower Property Management manages a growing portfolio of multifamily communities in Austin, spanning a range of asset types, locations, and tenant profiles. Representative examples include Hyde Park Gardens, a 20-unit studio apartment community near the University of Texas, and Nova Austin, a 34-unit luxury new-build community in East Austin, comprising of studio, 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom units.

We deliver full-service, hands-on property management across every phase of the tenant lifecycle. Our responsibilities include tenant screening, leasing, ongoing resident communication, rent collection, and financial reporting, as well as proactive maintenance coordination and vendor oversight. We manage unit turns efficiently and oversee all make-ready processes between tenants, including inspections, repairs, cleaning, and quality control, to minimize vacancy time and maintain consistent property standards.

Tower Property Management also oversees all aspects of tenant move-outs, including security deposit accounting and allocation in accordance with Texas law. From documented condition assessments to timely deposit reconciliation, we ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance while protecting ownership interests.

For new development and repositioned assets, we provide branding, marketing, and lease-up support, including property naming, logo creation, visual identity systems, signage, messaging, website development, and digital marketing strategy. We work closely with ownership and development teams to position communities effectively in the market, drive demand, and support both leasing and sales objectives.

Our team is well versed in Austin’s regulatory and operational requirements and ensures properties remain fully compliant with city standards, including waste, recycling, and composting programs, inspections, permitting, and ongoing operational mandates. By managing properties of varying size, age, and complexity, we have built the systems and expertise needed to operate efficiently while delivering a high level of service.
