We currently manage two multifamily communities in Austin: Hyde Park Gardens, a 20-unit studio apartment community located near the University of Texas, and Nova Austin, a 34-unit luxury new-build community in East Austin.

Tower Property Management delivers full-service, hands-on management across every phase of the tenant lifecycle. Our responsibilities include tenant screening, leasing, ongoing resident communication, rent collection, and financial reporting, as well as proactive maintenance coordination and vendor oversight. We manage unit turns efficiently and handle make-ready processes between tenants, including inspections, repairs, cleaning, and quality control, to minimize vacancy time and maintain consistent property standards.

We also oversee all aspects of tenant move-outs, including security deposit accounting and allocation in accordance with Texas law. From documented condition assessments to timely deposit reconciliation, we ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance while protecting ownership interests.

In addition, our team is well versed in Austin’s regulatory and operational requirements and ensures properties remain fully compliant with city standards, including waste, recycling, and composting programs, inspections, permitting, and ongoing operational mandates. By managing properties of varying size, age, and tenant profiles, we have built the systems and expertise needed to operate efficiently while delivering a high level of service.
