We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

In Short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.
In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and other third parties. This information may include mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, for purposes such as marketing, targeted advertising, event promotion, and providing our Services.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

For debt collections, attorneys, or other legal entities in the event of a default on a lease.
To communicate with you regarding our Services, including property management, leasing, maintenance, account administration, and other service-related matters.
To coordinate and administer maintenance requests, service appointments, property access, and other services associated with properties managed by Tower Property Management.
To send service-related SMS messages when you have provided your mobile phone number and, where required, consented to receive such messages.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
Service Providers and Vendors. We may share personal information with service providers, contractors, maintenance vendors, technology providers, and other third parties when reasonably necessary to provide, administer, or support our Services or fulfill a request you have made.
For example, when necessary to fulfill a maintenance request, we may provide relevant contact information to a maintenance contractor so that the contractor can coordinate access or perform the requested service.
Mobile Information and SMS Messaging Consent. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
When mobile information must be shared with a service provider, contractor, maintenance vendor, or other party to provide a requested service, such information is shared only for the applicable business or service purpose and not for that party's own marketing or promotional purposes.
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than sixty (60) months past the termination of the user's account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. 8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. 13. SMS MESSAGING & MOBILE INFORMATION
If you provide your mobile phone number to Tower Property Management and consent to receive text messages, we may use your mobile number to send you service-related SMS messages. These messages may include maintenance request updates, maintenance appointment scheduling, property access coordination, service notifications, and other communications related to properties managed by Tower Property Management.
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share your mobile phone number and other information with service providers, contractors, maintenance vendors, and other parties when reasonably necessary to provide property management services or fulfill a service request. These parties may use the information only for the purpose of providing the requested services and are not authorized to use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Your consent to receive service-related text messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting any property or receiving property management services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
